錦江町田代川原に「雄川の滝」を一望できる展望所が整備された。雄々しい岩肌が印象的な落差４６メートル、幅６０メートルの迫力ある断崖と、エメラルドグリーンの滝つぼが織り成す絶景が、新たな観光スポットとなりそうだ。
９２平方メートルのデッキにテーブルとベンチを備え、車８台と障害者用１台分の駐車場と駐輪場を併設。県の魅力ある観光地づくり事業を活用、５０００万円をかけ３月末に完成した。

Kinko town builds observatory: Ogawa Falls
An observatory which commands a view of the Ogawa-no-taki Falls has been completed in Tashirokawahara, Kinko-cho. The superb view formed by a combination of the 46-metre high, 60-metre wide cliff and the emerald green basin is likely to become their new tourist attraction.
The lookout has tables and benches on its 92-square metre deck, as well as a parking space for nine cars, of which one is reserved for the disabled, and for bikes. Taking advantage of the prefecture's tourism promotion project at a cost of 50 million yen, it was completed at the end of March.
