ふるさと納税　クレジットもＯＫ
鹿児島県はふるさと納税のクレジットカード決済を、１２月１日から導入する。九州では宮崎、大分、佐賀の各県が実施している。県のホームページから手続きができ、寄付者自身の手数料負担はない。県を窓口にしたふるさと納税には２１日現在、計５５２件、４６７２万円が寄せられている。

‘Hometown tax’ to take credit card
On December 1, Kagoshima Prefecture will introduce credit card transactions as a method for paying ‘hometown tax’, whereby residents in other prefectures can pay part of a residence tax to their hometowns. This means of payment has already been adopted in three of Kyushu’s prefectures including Miyazaki, Oita and Saga. To pay the patriot tax, people can access to the prefecture’s website without a commission charge. So far, the prefecture has received a total of 46,720,000 yen from 552 donators as of the 21st of November.

‘means of payment’ は「支払い方法」。‘(has been) adopted’ は「・・・が採用され（て実行され）る」。‘including’ は「・・・を含めて」。

‘the patriot tax’（その愛国税）は「ふるさと税」のこと。‘people … website’ は「県のホームページから利用できる」。‘commission charge’ は「手数料（service charge）」。

‘so far’ は「今までのところでは、今のところ」。‘(has) received’ は「・・・を受け取った、受領した」。‘donator’ は「寄付者、提供者」。
