東串良町池之原の豊栄（ほうえい）商店街の各店でつくるＮＰＯ法人「豊栄ひっとべ会」が取り組んでいたレトロ馬車が、５月１６日にあった商店街イベント「豊栄ひっとべデー」で復活した。
レトロ馬車は３月にスタート。週３回運行していたが、馬の状態が安定しなかったため間もなく終了した。
運行は毎月第３水曜日の午前１０時～午後３時（正午～午後１時は休憩）で１回１５～２０分。１人千円（商店街の買い物券２００円分付き）。馬の体調や天候で運行できない場合もある。

A retro horse-drawn wagon, which had once been operated by the local NPO "Touei Hittobe Kai" consisting of the shopowners of the Houei Shopping district, made a comeback at the shopping street's event, "Houei Hittobe Day," on May 16.
The carriage had been operated three times a week since they began the service in March, only to have been suspended for a short period as the horse's condition had become unstable.
It will be operated on every third Wednesday from 10 am to 3 pm, except for a break between noon and 1 pm. It takes 15 to 20 minutes for one ride that costs 1,000 yen, and it includes a coupon worth 200 yen that can be used in the local shopping district. The service may be cancelled due to the horse's condition and/or weather.
