南さつま市のオリジナル「健康体操」が完成し１１月６日、同市であった「健康と福祉のつどい」で初披露された。
健康体操は、金峰山のほか坊津をロケ地とした映画「００７」、笠沙の風力発電所、加世田のかぼちゃ、大浦のキンカンなど各地域の名物を盛り込んだコミカルな動きが特徴。振り付けは、ダンスカンパニー「コンドルズ」（近藤良平主宰）が担当した。
同市は学校の運動会や体育祭などを通じて普及を図る方針だ。

Minamisatsuma makes move with new exercise
Minamisatsuma City’s original calisthenics had been completed and was shown to the public at the “Health and Walfare Gathering” on November 6.
The gymnastic excercises featured some comical movements that incorporate specialties of each region in the seaboard city—movements based on the movie “007,” whose shooting took place at Kinpo-zan mountain and Bonotsu; and movements based on the Wind power stations in Kasasa, pumpkins in Kaseda, and Kinkan kumquats in Oura. A dance company, “Condols” (President: Mr. Kondo Ryohei), choreographed the excercise.
The city aims to popularise the gym through sports meets at local schools
