鹿児島県内の基準地価 ３年ぶり上昇地点

鹿児島県は９月２０日、２０１１年７月１日現在の基準地価調査結果を発表した。県内では０９年、１０年と２年連続で地価上昇地点がなかったが、３月の九州新幹線全線開業効果もあり、今回は鹿児島市のＪＲ鹿児島中央駅周辺の３地点で上昇した。ただ、県全体では下落傾向に変わりはなく、林地を除く県平均は前年比３．８％減で、２０年連続のマイナスとなった。

Kagoshima’s land prices’ first rise in 3yrs
Kagoshima Prefecture on September 20 announced the survey result of benchmark land prices as of July 1, 2011. Partly due to the opening of the entire Kyushu Shinkansen lines in March, the prefecture’s three locations around JR Kagoshima Chuo Station showed a surge in price for the first time after having no price hike at any lot for two years in a row in 2009 and 2010. However, the prefecture on the whole shows a consistent downward trend with the average land value, except forest land, posting a decline of 3.8% from the previous year to show negative growth for twenty consecutive years.
