核兵器、戦争のない世界を目指し全国をリレーして歩く「原水爆禁止国民平和大行進」が６月２５日、鹿児島県本土入りした。労働組合関係者ら１００人余が鹿児島市の繁華街を歩き、反核を訴えた。
県労連などでつくる実行委員会の主催。８月の原水爆禁止世界大会に向け、沖縄県から引き継ぎ、７月９日まで県内各地を行進、熊本県にリレーする。

March toward N-free world
“National Peace March Against Atomic and Hydrogen Bombs” in which participants walk across the country in a relay toward a world without nuclear weapons and wars, arrived in Kagoshima Prefecture on June 25. Some 100 people including those from labour unions staged an anti-nuclear march through the downtown area of Kagoshima City.
The event was promoted by the executive committee comprised of the Prefectural Labour Union among others. Toward the World Congress Against Atomic and Hydrogen Bombs in August, the demonstration will be held in sequence throughout the prefecture until July 9 and then relay to Kumamoto Prefecture.
In response to the Great East Japan Earthquake and the nuclear accident, solidarity with the disaster victims had been added to the slogan.
