「第１４回九州オールドカーフェスタｉｎ指宿かいもん」が４月１７日、指宿市のかいもん山麓ふれあい公園であった。オーナーらが持ち寄った往年の名車、希少車、バイクなど約２００台が展示され、数多くのファンや家族連れでにぎわった。
同フェスタでは１９８８年以前に初年度登録や製造した四輪、三輪、二輪やビッグバイクを展示した。

Chic and classic—Kaimon old car festival
“The 14th Kyushu Old car Festa in Ibusuki Kaimon” took place on April 17 at Kaimon Sanroku Fureai Park in Ibusuki City. The venue was crowded with fans and families who enjoyed some 200 old-fasioned masterpieces or rare cars and motorcycles, mostly owned by individuals.
In the event, four-wheeled vehicles, tricycles, and mortorcycles that were registered or produced before 1988 were on display. Many other events were also held including a charity test-riding, sales of local specialties, and a lottery which attracted both families with children and car enthusiasts.
