鹿地裁で初の公判前手続き
鹿児島市川上町で６月起きた現金などが奪われた事件で、強盗致傷罪で起訴された同市山之口町、会社役員鰺坂一範被告（５８）の公判前整理手続き第１回協議が９月２４日、鹿児島地裁（平島正道裁判長）であった。協議は非公開で、同協議開催は県内で初めて。起訴状によると、鰺坂被告は同市冷水町、無職鰺坂健一被告（４８）＝強盗致傷罪などで起訴＝と共謀して鹿相信職員から現金約８８万円入りのかばんを奪い、包丁で職員の左わき腹などにけがを負わせた、とされる。

1st pre-trial process starts
The first pre-trial arrangement procedure for defendant Ajisaka Kazunori (58), a company executive in Yamanokuchi-cho, Kagoshima City, who was prosecuted on a charge of robbery resulting in bodily injury in a cash robbery incident in June, took place on September 24 at Kagoshima District Court and was presided over by chief justice Hirashima Masamichi. The conference was held behind closed doors and it was the first case of its kind to be held throughout the prefecture. According to the indictment, Ajisaka conspired with Ajisaka Kenichi (48), an unemployed man in the city’s Hiyamizu-cho who had been indicted on a charge of robbery resulting in bodily injury among other charges, to rob a staff at Kagoshima Shinkin Bank in the city’s Kawakami-cho of a bag containing about ￥880,000 in cash and then injured that staff by stabbing him in the left side and other areas.
