天文館で広告統一実験
鹿児島市は８月５日、ＷｅＬｏｖｅ天文館協議会との協同で天文館本通りとぴらもーるで屋外広告物の規格を統一する社会実験を始めた。期間は９月１３日までで、通行人の意見を聞き、景観向上と同地区の活性化に役立てる。市は広告の設置者となり、広告料は同協議会に入り道路清掃やイベントなどに使用する。

Tenmonkan mulls standardised ads in arcades
Kagoshima City collaborated with We Love Tenmonkan Council to begin a pilot programme to apply a unified standard for outdoor advertisements in Tenmonkan Hon Dōri and Pira Mall arcades in the city centre on August 5. The authorities will draw up a project to improve the cityscape as well as revitalise the district by taking into consideration opinions gathered from passers-by during the experimental period to be continued through September 13. The Tenmonkan council will receive the ad revenue and use the money for such purposes as street cleaning and holding events while city officials set up advertising boards.

The Tenmonkan council will receive the ad revenue and use the money for such purposes as street cleaning and holding events while city officials set up advertising boards.
